LIMEN LLC ("LIMEN," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to limen.global and any LIMEN online store, and to your purchases and communications with us (the "Services"). The Services are intended for customers in the United States. LIMEN™ is a product line and trademark of LIMEN LLC.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Identifiers & contact data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone.
- Order & transaction data: products purchased, subscription details, order value, dates, history.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Shopify Payments/Stripe). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as card type, last four digits, and authorization result.
- Account & marketing data: account credentials (if you create an account), waitlist sign-ups, email preferences, and consent records.
- Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
- Device & usage data: IP address (unless discarded — see Section 4), browser/device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and on-site behavior, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. SOURCES
We collect information directly from you (checkout, sign-up, contact), automatically as you use the Services (cookies/analytics), and from our service providers (ecommerce platform, payment processor, carriers).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To process and fulfill orders and subscriptions; manage recurring billing; provide customer support; send transactional messages (order, shipping, subscription notices); send marketing emails where you've opted in; operate, secure, debug, analyze, and improve the Services; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS & SESSION REPLAY
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions (cart, checkout, security) and, with your consent where required, for analytics and improvement. We currently use PostHog (via the PixieHog app) for privacy-respecting analytics and session replay — recording aggregate on-page behavior (pages, clicks, navigation) to improve the store, with input fields masked so we do not capture what you type and with IP discarding enabled. We do not run third-party advertising pixels and do not use this data for targeted advertising. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with providers bound to use it only on our behalf: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processor (Shopify Payments/Stripe), analytics provider (PostHog/PixieHog), email provider (Shopify Email), and shipping carriers. We also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale (subject to this Policy). We do NOT sell your personal information and do NOT share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (UNITED STATES)
- California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale"/"sharing," and to non-discrimination for exercising them. In the past 12 months we collected the categories in Section 1 for the purposes in Section 3 and disclosed them to the providers in Section 5. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CPRA, and do not knowingly do so for consumers under 16. California residents may also use the "Shine the Light" law.
- Other U.S. states (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and similar): rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling.
To exercise any right, email hello@limen.global. We'll verify your request (usually by confirming control of the email/order on file) and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.

7. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain order and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations (order and tax records generally up to 7 years), after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and rely on our PCI-compliant platform and payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. CHILDREN
The Services are for adults and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's information; if you believe a child provided information, email hello@limen.global and we'll delete it.

10. VISITORS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
We are based in and operate from the United States, and we sell only within the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and we'll communicate material changes as required by law.
