These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of limen.global and your purchases from LIMEN LLC ("LIMEN," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.

2. PRODUCTS & ACCURACY
LIMEN products are cosmetics for external personal-care use. We work to display products, ingredients, and pricing accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. We may correct errors and limit, modify, or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud, resale, pricing errors, or stock limits). You authorize us to charge your payment method for your order, including taxes and shipping. If we cancel an order after charging you, we'll refund the charge.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Auto-renewing subscriptions are governed by our Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference.

5. SHIPPING, TITLE & RISK OF LOSS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Purchases are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy. Because our products are sealed personal-care consumables, sales are final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, which we'll replace or refund as described there.

7. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
LIMEN products are for external use only and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we make no therapeutic claims. Always follow the directions and caution statements printed on each product's packaging, including: avoid contact with eyes; discontinue use if irritation occurs; keep out of reach of children and pets; consult a physician before use if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care; and if swallowed, seek medical attention. Review the ingredient list if you have sensitivities or allergies.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site — text, brand names, logos, product names, images, and design — is owned by LIMEN LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE & USER CONTENT
You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or use it unlawfully). If you submit reviews or other content, you grant LIMEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business, and you represent it is yours to share and is lawful.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIMEN and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIMEN from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; INFORMAL RESOLUTION FIRST; ARBITRATION & CLASS WAIVER
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact hello@limen.global and attempt to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, seated in Minnesota or conducted remotely, rather than in court — except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. YOU AND LIMEN WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If this class waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration provision is void for that dispute. 16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. GENERAL
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the policies referenced, are the entire agreement between you and LIMEN. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
