These Subscription Terms govern LIMEN auto-renewing subscriptions ("subscriptions"). By starting a subscription you agree to these terms, which supplement our Terms of Service.

1. ENROLLMENT & CONSENT
When you choose a subscription at checkout and place your order, you knowingly enroll in an automatically recurring program and authorize LIMEN (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The recurring nature, frequency, amount, and cancellation method are disclosed at checkout before you purchase, and again in your order confirmation.

2. BILLING CYCLE & AMOUNT
Your first charge occurs when you place the order. Your subscription then renews automatically each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping (orders that don't meet the free-shipping threshold are charged shipping). Your renewal date and price are shown in your account and in each order-confirmation email. We send renewal reminders where required by law.

3. HOW TO CANCEL, PAUSE, OR SKIP — ANYTIME
You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time, with no fees and no retention hoops:
- Online: from your account page (a link is in every subscription email), or
- By email: hello@limen.global, and we'll process it promptly.
Cancellation is effective for any future renewal that has not yet been charged. If a renewal has already been charged when you cancel, that order ships and the cancellation applies to the following cycle. Pausing keeps your current price while paused; skipping moves you to the next cycle without a charge for the skipped one.

4. CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may update your shipping address, payment method, frequency, or (where offered) product selection from your account or by emailing us, effective from the next uncharged cycle.

5. PRICE CHANGES
If we change your subscription price, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, with a clear way to cancel first. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. PROMOTIONAL & INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
If you start on a promotional or discounted price (e.g., a first-order welcome code), the discount applies only as stated (e.g., to your first billing cycle), after which the subscription renews at the standard price disclosed at checkout, unless stated otherwise.

7. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription for which payment cannot be collected.

8. SHIPPING OF SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders ship on your cycle date and are subject to our Shipping Policy.

9. REFUNDS
Shipped subscription orders are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund orders that have already shipped, except as required by law or as provided in the Refund Policy.

10. CHANGES OR DISCONTINUATION BY US
We may modify or discontinue a subscription program or product; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice and stop affected future charges.
